Project Overview

Positioned at the forefront of the Kingdom’s massive aviation expansion under Vision 2030, this specialized exhibition pavilion was designed for ADB SAFEGATE Saudi Arabia. The primary objective was to demonstrate the company’s localized engineering capabilities and smart airfield technologies tailored for Saudi Arabia’s upcoming mega-airports and aviation infrastructure developments.

Design & Concept

The stand architecture beautifully bridges high-end aviation technology with majestic regional scales. Featuring a grand, sweeping overhead canopy that symbolizes flight and forward progress, the booth uses a premium palette of high-gloss white, corporate blue, and elegant silver accents. The layout was specifically optimized to host high-level ministerial delegations and Saudi aviation authorities (GACA) in an environment that reflects absolute corporate authority.

Key Features & Results

• Vision 2030 Infrastructure Display: A prominent, centrally located interactive zone showcasing ADB SAFEGATE’s localized technological contributions to the Kingdom’s expanding airport networks.

• Royal VIP Majlis Lounge: A beautifully designed, private corporate Majlis area equipped with premium seating and high-end hospitality features, tailored for hosting executive Saudi dignitaries and project developers.

• Localized Engineering Media Hub: Giant, seamless back-lit walls and digital screens highlighting local case studies, transfer of technology, and automated docking systems running live in the region.
