Project Overview

Nicholas Tours is a premiere destination management company and travel agency. Their exhibition goal was to immediately spark wanderlust, capture the excitement of travel, and handle high-volume walk-in holiday bookings.

Design & Concept

The stand is designed as a vibrant “Portal to the World.” We used massive, high-definition panoramic landscape backdrops of exotic beaches, desert safaris, and ancient cities. Bright, warm lighting and friendly open booking desks invite families and corporate travel coordinators to step in and discuss personalized travel packages.

Key Features & Results

• Multi-Station Booking Counters: Multiple dedicated laptop-equipped counters designed to handle fast, live travel bookings and itinerary generation.

• Photo-Op Destination Corner: A custom-built scenic photo zone with beautiful lighting where visitors can take pictures, driving social media engagement.

• Interactive Travel Brochure Racks: Modern, accessible curved acrylic stands holding colorful, categorized destination brochures.
