Project Overview

Operamed is a leader in modular operating theatre design, clinical prefab walls, and surgical lighting. The goal was to build a full-scale, fully functional mock operating room (OR) right on the busy trade show floor to let surgeons and hospital builders walk inside and experience the modularity.

Design & Concept

We built a structural room within a room. The exterior features a sleek corporate medical branding wall, but once visitors walk through the sliding automatic door, they step into a replica modern modular operating theater. Complete with antibacterial wall panels, surgical booms, adjustable green lighting, and integrated digital consoles, the experience is incredibly realistic.

Key Features & Results

• Full-Scale Modular OR Mockup: A real, built-to-scale operating room structure showcasing Operamed’s modular wall cladding and joint sealing technology.

• Integrated Surgical Tech: Mockups of medical-grade digital viewing screens and surgical lighting boom mounts to show real hospital ergonomics.

• Antibacterial Finishes: Seamless wall panels and anti-static flooring installed to give hospital delegates a real touch-and-feel of surgical suite hygiene.
