Prime Trip Support provides critical, 24/7 global flight coordination, ground handling, and aviation permit services. Their exhibition booth needed to convey speed, accuracy, global network strength, and high-tech flight management reliability.

Design & Concept

The booth design is inspired by high-tech flight operations control rooms and aircraft aerodynamics. Featuring sweeping curved canopies, clean white glossy surfaces, and corporate teal lighting, it looks highly professional. The center of the booth features a simulated flight tracking display desk where flight dispatchers explain their global operations live.

Key Features & Results

• Live Operations Console: A mockup of a flight dispatch desk showcasing real-time global weather radar and flight tracking software.

• Global Coverage Wall: A giant back-lit world map highlighting Prime’s ground handling stations and global fuel supply network.

• Corporate Meeting Lounge: A sleek, glass-partitioned meeting space designed for private airline and private jet operator consultations.
